Pokemon Buffs

Buzzwole

Pokemon	Changes
Buzzwole	Leech Life • Cooldown decreased from 8s to 7s. • HP recovery decreased by about 37% to 25%.
Buzzwole	Smack Down • Cooldown decreased from 7.5s to 6.5s.

Gengar

Pokemon	Changes
Gengar	Dream Eater • Cooldown decreased from 8s to 7s. • Healing increased by 20%.
	Dream Eater + • Healing increased by 23%.
	Hex • Cooldown reduction when hitting a status-affected Pokemon increased frrom 85% of the cooldown to 90% of the cooldown.
	Phantom Ambush • Energy required reduced by about 17%.

Mimikyu

Pokemon	Changes
Mimikyu	Trick Room • Cooldown decreased from 8.5s to 7s • Damage reduction from outside the effective range increased from 50% to 70%.

Pikachu

Pokemon	Changes
Pikachu	Visual Update • The visuals of Pikachu’s moves have been updated.
	Volt Tackle • Cooldown decreased from 10s to 9s • Pikachu's movement speed is now increased for a short duration after using the move.
	Thunderstorm • Number of targets struck by subsequent lightning bolts increased from 1 to 2.

Sylveon

Pokemon	Changes
Sylveon	Hyper Voice • Area of effect angle changed from 35° forward to 120° forward. • Damage reduced by 8%. • Cooldown decreased from 6s to 5.5s.
	Hyper Voice + • Now slows opposing Pokémon hit by the move. • The effect of adding an extra sound wave has been removed.
	Draining Kiss • HP recovery increased by 23%. • Slow effect changed from 20% for 1.5s to 50% that decays by 20% every 0.5s for 1s.
	Baby Doll Eyes • Now hits the targeted Pokemon.

Pokemon Nerfs

Blaziken

Pokemon	Changes
Blaziken	Stat Nerf • Critical-hit rate decreased from 10% to 5% (Level 5-7) and 20% to 10% (Level 8-15).
	Fire Punch • Damage reduced by 17%.
	Fire Punch + • Damage reduced by 14%.

Ceruledge

Pokemon	Changes
Ceruledge	Bitter Blade • Damage reduced by 16% to 0% (Level 5 to 15).
	Psycho Cut • Damage reduced by about 14% to 9% (Level 5 to 15).
	Phantom Force • Slow effect reduced from 90% to 60%.

Ho-Oh

Pokemon	Changes
Ho-oh	Regenerator • HP recovery every 2 seconds decreased from 0.4% of max HP to 0.3%. • Out of combat HP recovery every 2 seconds decreased from 4% of max HP to 3%.
	Tailwind • Damage reduced by 20%.
	Fire Spin • Cooldown increased from 8s to 8.5s.
	Sky Attack • Cooldown increased from 7s to 8.5s.
	Fly • Cooldown increased from 7s to 8s.
	Rekindling Flame • Allied Pokémon will now leave a feather mark after learning the move.

Slowbro

Pokemon	Changes
Slowbro	Stat Nerf • HP decreased by 0% to about 5% (Level 1-15) • Cooldown reduction decreased from 5% to 0% (Level 4-8) and 10% to 0% (Level 9-15).

Zacian

Pokemon	Changes
Zacian	Intrepid Sword Additional damage decreased: • 1st Hit: 3% of max HP to 2% • 2nd Hit: 4% of max HP to 3% • 3rd Hit: 4% of max HP to 3% • 4th Hit: 5% of max HP to 4%
Zacian	Agility • Shield when enhanced reduced by about 35% to 30% (Levels 7-15).

Battle Item Changes

Shell Bell	HP Recovery on Move Hit • Level 1-9: increased by about 15%. • Level 10-19: increased by about 20%. • Level 20-30: increased by about 33%.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where Dragapult's Unite move would target Ceruledge when it was hidden with Phantom Dive.
Fixed a bug where Tyranitar could reuse Sand Tomb's second activation after exiting and re-entering the sandstorm area.
Fixed an issue where Duraludon's enhanced attack damage cap applied not only to the percentage damage to max HP but also to the entire enhanced attack damage.
Fixed a bug where Wigglytuff's Unite move Starlight Recital failed to remove poison from allies.
Fixed an issue where Dodrio's footsteps were too loud.

The limit for the item box increased from 100 to 200.

EXP for Escavalier, Accelgor, and Baltoy Changed

Experience points when defeating Escavalier and Accelgor decreased by 18% while experience points when defeating Baltoy increased by 33%.
