How to Use Slash

Jump Over the Wall Towards Lillipup

Pokemon UNITE - Zeraora Using Slash to Jump Over Wall

If Zeraora is the Jungler of the team, you can use Slash to go through the wall near the base to get to Lillipup. Doing this will allow Zeraora to start farming earlier compared to going to the jungle entrance. This saves a couple of seconds in farming, which may translate into a quicker transition to lanes once all camps are taken.

Cancel Bouffalant's and Ludicolo's Charge Attack with Slash

Pokemon UNITE - Cancel Charge Attack with Slash

Use Slash to cancel Bouffalant's and Ludicolo's charge attack while the gauge is filling up to save you time from avoiding it or getting hit.

Hit Enemies from Behind

Pokemon UNITE - Zeraora Attacking Machamp with Slash From Behind

Slash is your main damage tool that speeds up your damage output in quick succession. It's a three hit skill with the third hit knocking enemies up so definitely use this to set up a gank or to immobilize an enemy further if your laners are already doing it for you. Make sure to hit the target at the back to guarantee the three hits and maximize the damage.

Combine With Agility for More Reach

Pokemon UNITE - Zeraora Closing the Gap with Agility

Using Agility first to cover more ground and get close to an opponent faster. Since you will be using both your moveset, it is best to not do this combination to initiate fights as it may leave you vulnerable for a counter-attack if your opponent lives. Instead, use this as a ganking tool and target low HP opponents or weak matchups for a sure take down.

Slash Patch History

1.2.1.3 Number of hits reduced, first hit damage increased. Total damage increased from 972 to 1006 (+3.4%)
