Playing MOBAs like Pokemon UNITE is always better when with friends. The recent update added a new Friendship Points system to see which players have been with you in your journey! Learn what the Friendship Point system is, how to increase your Friendship Points, and more!

The Friendship Point system is a new feature in Pokemon UNITE that was added in the 1.4.1.2 update. It is an indication which Friends has been with you in battles more!

There are 4 friendship levels that can only be achieved by accumulating friendship points. Each level indicates how much players have battled together.

This feature only works if the players that battled together are in-game friends.
There are no information regarding rewards for the Friendship Points. However, there are certain event missions that reward players if they play with a friend, such as the battle pass weekly missions.
You can check which players are friends during the loading screen of each match by flipping their Trainer Card. This is an indication that players are queued together or are in a party.
Your friendship point level won't show up from your perspective. Only other players can see it during the loading screen.
The only way to increase your Friendship Points is by battling together with a friend or a group of friends.
Each time you battle with your friends, your Friendship Points increase by 5, whether you win or lose.
You can accumulate Friendship Points in any game mode. The only criteria for increasing points is to battle together with your friends.
