I mean, they killed his survivability when fighting multiple enemies with extreme speed, why not make him even more of a glass cannon?

I doubt this'll actually nerf Lucario. Every "nerf" to busted Pokemon is a slap on the wrist at best, remember that Discharge "nerf"?
