It's a new month with it comes a new Pokemon in Pokemon UNITE!
Blastoise is now officially playable in Pokemon UNITE from September 1st. Don't sleep on this really cool Pokemon, Trainers!
While the release dates of these Pokemon have not yet been announced, nor which order they will be released in, basing on when all previous Pokemon's release dates have been scheduled, it is likely that each will be released individually on Wednesdays. Based on the current rate of new Pokemon releases every 1-3 weeks, it's likely that we will see both of these Pokemon within September and October.
As hinted above, more Pokemon will come to Pokemon UNITE but as to which ones they are and when they are going to be released, we will have to wait and see. There are strong suggestions that Clefable, who appeared in the original announcement video, will be the next Pokemon after the current batch, but the developers have given no clue yet.

Hi! We appreciate your questions.
1. We recommend Muscle Band, Focus Band, Scope Lens, and Buddy Barrier. We based our recommendation around winning team fights in order to secure objectives like Drednaw, Zapdos, and scoring points.
2. We've updated all builds to the current version (188.8.131.52).
3. We try to make builds that are useful in a variety of situations. Niche builds are only viable under very specific conditions or team compositions so you'll seldom ever use them
