Players cannot change their gender once they picked it during the start of the game. However, there are alternative methods that can do this.

Since we cannot change the gender for our existing profiles, we can only start a fresh new game! Players can just start the game with a different user on the Nintendo Switch.

Deleting the save data doesn't allow you to go back to character creation.
