The main way to get Fashion Tickets is spending Aeos Energy at the Energy Reward Gacha feature. Just complete Unite Battles and earn atleast 100 Aeos Energy to play the Gacha system.
This may take a lot of tries before you can finally get Fashion Tickets. However, there is a chance that you might pull the trainer clothes you want to purchase anyway!
Energy Rewards Gacha: Items and Drop Rates
If you get a duplicate Fashion Item in the Gacha, you will also be refunded with Fashion Tickets. The number depends on what kind of item it is, but it can range from 2 - 8 Fashion Tickets.
Completing Event missions is another way of getting Fashion Tickets. Unfortunately, you can only get a small amount of them per event. Once you get all the available Fashion Tickets, you must wait for the event to refresh before you can get rewarded with more.
Keep in mind that these events are only available for a limited time so make sure you clear all your missions so you won't miss any rewards!
Fashion Tickets are a currency type in Pokemon UNITE. They are used to buy trainer clothes in the Fashion Ticket Exchange section of the Aeos Emporium.

Because of their exclusivity, clothes priced with Fashion Tickets are more unique compared to other trainer clothes that can be bought using other currencies. It can be argued that you should use Fashion Tickets to buy trainer clothes instead of using Aeos Tickets, which can get you more important items like Item Enhancers.
