Pokemon UNITE - Check Out the Latest News Event Reward
Selecting either the Twitter or Youtube option will direct you to the respective UNITE account. You can then choose to follow Pokemon UNITE's Twitter account or subscribe to their Youtube channel. After that, you will receive Aeos Coins once you go back to the event screen.

Must Access UNITE Accounts In-Game to Get Rewards

Take note that you need to access the accounts through the event in-game to get the rewards. If you have previously followed the UNITE Twitter account or subscribed to the UNITE Youtube channel, you can simply go to the in-game event screen, select a UNITE account, then go back to the event screen without doing anything to get the reward!

Following the Accounts not Required to Get Reward

You actually don't need to follow the accounts when you get redirected to the page, since the mission is considered completed when you select the button. However, if you want to show your support towards UNITE's developers, feel free to follow their accounts!
