1.8.1.2 Added to the game.
1.8.1.3 Fixed a bug where Rapid-Fire Scarf's effect will activate after only one standard attack instead of the required 3 for some Pokemon.
1.14.1.2 The effect activation condition changed so that each normal attack and boosted attack counts as one attack towards the activation condition.
1.16.2.9 Attack Speed buff decreased from 15%/22.5%/30% to 15%/20%/25% (Lvl. 1, 10, 20)

Boosts Attack Speed for 5 Seconds

Rapid-Fire Scarf provides an attack speed buff on the basic attack after the first three basic attacks for 5 seconds.

Goes on Cooldown for 10 Seconds

After activation, Rapid-Fire Scarf goes on cooldown for 10 seconds.

Its cooldown starts together with effect activation, so if you're going to discount the time Rapid-Fire Scarf is in effect, the effective downtime for this item is 5 seconds.

Stacks with X Attack

Rapid-Fire Scarf also stacks with the Attack Speed bonus from X Attack! Get additional damage on top of the bonus attack speed!

X Attack Effect and How to Get

Each Normal Attack Counts as One

The item gains a charge for each normal attack, but it only counts boosted attacks once.

For example, one boosted attack of Urshifu's Rapid Style are two normal attacks so the item will count it as two attacks.

For Cinderace I think I'd usually pick the rapid-fire scarf over muscle band if I had to choose only 1.

This item seems similar to the muscle band. Any thoughts on which is better (if we had to choose just one)? I use both (with the healing crown) on Cinderace but am not sure if it's a super beneficial to have both.
