Scizor	Swords Dance • Attack stat buff increased from 12% to 20%.
	Dual Wingbeat • Damage increased by 10%.
	Standard Attack (Scyther Boosted Attack) • Movement speed buff increased from 35% to 40%. • Movement speed duration increased from 2s to 3s.

Blaziken	Overheat • Fixed the issue with Blaziken’s Overheat changing direction while charging.

Gengar

Pokemon	Changes
Gengar	Will-O-Wisp • Fixed the issue with Gengar's Will-o-Wisp not reducing the cooldown for Hex.

Leafeon

Leafeon	Aerial Ace • Fixed the issue with Leafeon, which could use a basic attack immediately after the Aerial Ace empowered basic attack.

Trevenant

Trevenant	Horn Leech • Fixed the issue with Trevenant’s Horn Leech missing the final knock-up.

Pokemon Nerfs

Clefable

Pokemon	Changes
Clefable	Moonlight • Healing amount reduced by 10% to 17% (Level 4 to 15).
Clefable	Gravity • Cooldown increased from 8s to 9s.

Glaceon

Pokemon	Changes
Glaceon	Ice Shard • Attack speed buff decreased from 75% to 60%.
Glaceon	Icicle Spear + • Damage based on HP per spear reduced from 1% to 0.5%.

Inteleon

Inteleon	Snipe Shot • Damage reduced by 10% to 7% (Level 5 to 15)

Miraidon

Pokemon	Changes
Miraidon	Charge Beam • Damage reduced by 13% to 16% (Level 5 to 15)
	Thunder • Cooldown increased from 8s to 10s. • Slow decreased from 30% to 10%.
	Thunder + • Slow decreased from 50% to 20%.

Umbreon

Pokemon	Changes
Umbreon	Snarl • Attack and Sp. Atk. reduction ratio reduced by 25%.
	Mean Look • Range reduced from 5m to 4m. • Cooldown increased from 8s to 9s.

Battle Item Changes

Muscle Band	• Fixed the issue with Scyther’s boosted attack activating Muscle Band twice. • Fixed the issue with Hoopa Unbound's basic attack, which only activated Muscle Band once when it hit a single Pokémon. • We are planning to fix several other issues for Muscle Band in the future.
