Sing is an amazing move that creates an AoE around Wigglytuff that Slows enemies within it. The Slow effect eventually escalates into Sleep if enemies inflicted stay in the radius for too long. This is a great setup for your allies because slept enemies are also given Defense Down and Special Defense Down.
