Has the user sing, decreasing the movement speed of nearby opposing Pokémon for a short time. Opposing Pokémon that stay in the move's area of effect for a while are put to sleep for a short time, which also decreases their Defense and Sp. Def. Using this move increases the user's movement speed for a short time.
Sing is an amazing move that creates an AoE around Wigglytuff that Slows enemies within it. The Slow effect eventually escalates into Sleep if enemies inflicted stay in the radius for too long. This is a great setup for your allies because slept enemies are also given Defense Down and Special Defense Down.
