[X] Region Settings |
[X] Character Creation |
[X] Starter Pokemon |
[X] In-Game Purchases |
The first time you start the game, you will be asked to choose a country and region. Whichever option you choose is final, and cannot be changed afterwards. However, country and region settings do not impact the game in any way.
After choosing your gender in character creation, you won't be able to change it anymore. Currently, there is no way to change your gender in-game without Deleting your account completely.
Similar to Gender, you won't be able to change your skin color after character creation. You can, however, change the color of some physical features of your character like eye color and hair color for 100 Aeos Tickets each.
After you complete the tutorial levels, you will be rewarded your first Pokemon License, which will be your starter Pokemon. Whichever license you choose will be final and cannot be changed to a different one afterwards.
You can purchase more licenses with Aeos Coins or Aeos Gems in the shop, or just wait until the Pokemon you want to play becomes available through free rotation.
Shop purchases like Pokemon Licenses, Holowear, and Items are final and cannot be refunded. This also applies to the purchase of Aeos Gems.
It is important that you read the description of each item thoroughly so you can make the most of the currencies you work so hard to earn.
Missable Rewards |

[X] Event Mission Rewards |
[X] Beginner Challenge Rewards |
[X] Battle Pass Points |
[X] Free Zeraora License |
Events Missions are optional challenges that players can complete to receive rewards. Each set of missions can only be completed within a set amount of time. Be sure to keep each challenge in mind when playing Unite Battles so you won't miss out on extra Aeos Coins, Aeos Tickets, and Fashion Items!
The Beginner Challenge is a set of missions to help new players get extra currencies and items. Unlike other events, it only runs for seven days starting from the first time the player logs in. Completing each missions rewards you with Aeos Coins, Held Items, and even a Crustle license!
Note that the Beginner Challenge tab will be removed from the main screen on day 33. Be sure to complete all challenges and claim all rewards before that time!
Each Battle Pass mission is missable. If not completed on time, you may lose additional Battle Pass Points. Make sure to check each mission, and take note whether they are labeled as Daily, Weekly, or Season so you will know what to prioritize completing. You will still be able to collect any unclaimed points for completed missions.
Early players will get a chance to claim a Zeraora license for free starting from July 21, 2021 until August 31, 2021. Zeraora is one of the best Junglers in the game, so players should claim the promotion as soon as they can! Fortunately, you can still claim the Zeraora license if you managed to create an account within the time period.
