Float Stone's movement speed bonus activates around 5 seconds after dealing or receiving the last attack. After that, you will be in the state of away from battle
, and your Pokemon's movement speed increases based on Float Stone's level, regardless of whether an enemy is chasing you or not.
The effect can also be removed when you receive damage. If you want to maintain the fast movement speed, it is best to avoid clashes and steer away from AoE attacks.
We also tested the movement speed bonus from the base to the tip of the lane with and without Float Stone to verify whether it activates in Lane Flux. We found out that there is No change in movement speed when Float Stone was equipped. It seems that the bonus movement speed the Lane Flux gives your Pokemon is fixed.
