How to Redeem Pokemon UNITE Codes

Step-by-Step Gift Code Guide

Step	Description
1	Go to Events, go to the Daily Events tab, and tap / select the event called Gift Exchange. Or go to the Trainer Menu and select Gift Exchange. Tap / select the orange Exchange button. If you're using the Nintendo Switch, press the X button.
2	The game will redirect you to a website that allows you to input a Gift Code. Input a valid Gift Code to get rewards! Note: We suggest accessing the link in-game to make sure that the link is tied to your account!
3	After exchanging the code, the gifts and rewards will be sent via in-game mail within 48 hours. Once you receive the rewards, it will expire after 30 days, so don't forget to claim them!

Rewards Won't Appear in My Mail!

When claiming for rewards, items won't usually appear in your mail immediately. There is a short 5 to 10 minute wait before the rewards reflect in your in-game mail.

If the rewards still won't show up after waiting for that set time, we suggest restarting the Pokemon UNITE app!
