How to Redeem Pokemon UNITE Codes
Step-by-Step Gift Code Guide
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| 1 |   Go to Events, go to the Daily Events tab, and tap / select the event called Gift Exchange. Or go to the Trainer Menu and select Gift Exchange. Tap / select the orange Exchange button. If you're using the Nintendo Switch, press the X button. |
| 2 |  The game will redirect you to a website that allows you to input a Gift Code. Input a valid Gift Code to get rewards! Note: We suggest accessing the link in-game to make sure that the link is tied to your account! |
| 3 |  After exchanging the code, the gifts and rewards will be sent via in-game mail within 48 hours. Once you receive the rewards, it will expire after 30 days, so don't forget to claim them! |
Rewards Won't Appear in My Mail!
When claiming for rewards, items won't usually appear in your mail immediately. There is a short 5 to 10 minute wait before the rewards reflect in your in-game mail.
If the rewards still won't show up after waiting for that set time, we suggest restarting the Pokemon UNITE app!
