Guys the disappearing statue is not a bug. Listen to the plot, it has a mantle of invisibility. :)
Appearing strangely or not appearing at all.
The 3rd raven statue was the only one that didn't show up visually on both my accounts so i don't know if anyone else would have other statues do the same thing but hopefully this helps explain why some of them are appearing

There is a visual bug in interlude 3 act 1 that makes the 3 raven statue visually not show up on the screen but you could still interact with them despite not seeing them. Just wanted to point this out. Because it might be happening with other raven statues as well so try going up to where they're "supposed to be" and maybe you can interact with them too.
Why can't I complete the finale act, it says I have to find the head troupe and talk to him but I can't find him at all and can't complete it.
this is by far the worst quest I've done in this game I feel like I've aged 5 years waiting for the dialogues to play out
In interlude 1 second half I am unable to talk with the 4th raven statue. I don't get any option to interact with him. I did the first three without a problem but now i cannot progress.
I admit this is the most lengthy world quest I've ever done.
way easier to follow than the video guides i've been trying to understand... man this quest was long
