How to Solve the Evernight Temple Maze Puzzle

	Step-by-Step Maze Guide
1	Teleport to the waypoint right beside the Evernight Temple Maze.
2	Glide down to a ledge with one Day-Night Mechanism and two Triangular Mechanisms.
3	Switch to Whitenight using the Day-Night Mechanism. This will activate the two Triangular Mechanisms.
4	One Triangular Mechanism moves the outer walls of the maze, while the other one moves the inner walls of the maze.
5	Hit the Triangular Mechanisms until the maze looks exactly like the image above. If you haven't touched these mechanisms before, you just have to hit each Triangular Mechanism once.
6	Switch to Evernight using the Day-Night mechanism. This will activate the Hydro Monuments inside the maze.
7	Go into the maze and activate all the Hydro Monuments. Their locations are marked by glowing spots. You can click here for a more detailed walkthrough!
8	The hatch in the middle of the labyrinth will open after activating all Hydro Monuments. Drop down into the hatch.
9	You can now open the Luxurious Chest that was locked under the hatch! This will activate ''Date's Challenge,'' which will continue in a different location.

All Hydro Monument Locations in the Labyrinth

Only Active During Evernight

The Hydro Monuments are only visible during Evernight, so use the Day-Night mechanism to switch to the Evernight State. During the Whitenight State, the Hydro Monuments appear as Sunfire Phantasms.

Once you're in the Evernight State, make your way through the labyrinth and use Hydro Attacks or Skills to activate the Monuments.

How to Activate All Hydro Monuments in the Labyrinth

You can't glide down directly to the Monuments because there's a barrier above the maze. Here are detailed instructions for getting to each monument:

	Directions for Each Monument
1	For Hydro Monument 1: 1. Enter the maze. 2. Turn left and walk until you reach a wall. 3. Turn right for the Monument.
2	For Hydro Monument 2: 1. Enter the maze. 2. Turn left once. 3. Turn right once. 4. Turn right again. 5. Walk until you reach a wall. 6. Turn right for the Monument.
3	For Hydro Monument 3: 1. Enter the maze. 2. Turn left once. 3. Turn right and walk until you reach the center of the maze. 4. Turn right and walk until you're standing on top of a metal gate. 5. Turn left and walk until you reach a path to the right. 6. Turn right and turn right again for the Monument.
4	For Hydro Monument 4: 1. Enter the maze. 2. Turn left once. 3. Turn right and walk until you reach the center of the maze. 4. Turn right, then immediately turn left. 5. Walk until you reach a wall. 6. Turn left again and walk until you get to the Monument.

What does the Evernight Temple Maze Unlock?

Progress for ''Date's Challenge'' and ''Collections of Dragons and Snakes''

After solving the maze's puzzle and opening the hatch, you'll get access to an underground room. Opening the Luxurious Chest in the area will let you talk to Date and begin his quest, Date's Challenge.

The quest will take you to a different location but bring you back to the maze. Once you finish Date's Challenge, you unlock the ''Hydrological Studies in Byakuyakoku'' book for ''Collections of Dragons and Snakes.''
