i use x2 of this and then x2 of tenacity on zhongli, screw the meta

artifact sets ONLY work on the characters equiped with them, NOT the whole team unless stated in the description. Does Set description say that whole team benefits from it? No it doesn't.
Okay my question is. Does the 4 pieces charged attack bonus stack? Like if I have a full team with the full 4 set of the artifacts is it added together or is it just stuck at that one fixed amount no matter how many characters in the team who have the set because I'm wanting to use it for very very specific 5star character who does lots of charge attack dmps damage
It is possible for any DPS like Hutao and Ayato wearing 4pcs Bolide, while other units job generating shields.
There are key teams needed, Form 2 Geo characters to improve more shields, while the other 2 units any DPS and etc with bolide sets will do.
actually a really nice niche set for ppl who use charas like hu tao or ayato with zhongli (i kind of want to try it now?), but does the shield strength buff apply if the character with the set isn’t the one who created the shield??
It does work on Razor, activate shield characters first before Bolide DPS characters. Tried this on Diluc too with insane auto attack/charge damage.

yo so a bit of a weird question. if i put 4 piece onto beidou, (she is c1 btw) will tidecaller's shield attack bonus carry on over to my main dps, in this case razor? so basically, if i put this set on, will i be able to achieve 40% extra damage with my razor will in shield? thanks in advance
it only active for zhongli
will the shield strength carry over to other characters? eg. if i have a 2-piece on my zhongli, use his shield and switch over to another character, will the shield still have the boost or is it only active for zhongli?
Seems like pretty horrible tho putting 4 sets of this on your main DPS just so you get 40% charged attack damage, which is kinda useful I guess, but there are sets with better 2-sets and therefore better damage.
You know that any character can use this set right? If you have Zhongli in the team and have high shield uptime, then your main DPS with this set equipped will take advantage of the buffs. It's a lowkey universal set that any DPS can take advantage of, a version of gladiators that buffs more than just normal attacks and increases shields to boot.

it wouldn't, as far as i'm aware. unless razor has the 4-set equipped (which i wouldnt personally do, even if i put him on a team with ningguang and constantly shield him), he wouldn't get the bonus (and the shield strength bonus doesn't carry over either).
can the 4 set be still effect in other character even if the wearer of the artifact is not in the field
I have a question. Does the bonus to the attacks transfer over to other characters, e.g. using Noelle's E then swapping to Razor with the shield still active. Would Razor then get the 40% normal attack damage?
The set is also good on xinyan!
