If you enjoy a very easy to play OP DPS blasting a water gun at stuff who doesn't really care what supports you pair him with, Neuvillette. If you want an excellent dendro support that pretty much any dendro team wants, Nahida. And she can grab organic stuff with her skill so that you don't have to climb trees or run to places to get them. And she can read people's thoughts (only in Sumeru, I think).
For those who are caught up with the game, now we know why Collei, Dori, and Candace are the 4 stars on the banner right now lol.

depends on your account. if you are running a lot of dendro teams or characters that perform well with dendro, pull for nahida. if not, then neuvillette. both are broken anyways though so I’d say you can just go with who you prefer

If you don't have arlecchino I'd save for her rerun instead, I love hu tao but she's a bit powercrept by her
If you need a pyro carry and you really like her gameplay, go for it. Be warned that C1R1 feels much better than C0R0.

No existing limited characters will likely move to the standard banner though, as it is specifically stated in each one's release details that they will not be headed there, and backtracking on that would be false advertising. Instead, expect certain future characters to go there, like what we saw with Tighnari and Dehya, who were announced from the start to be headed to the standard banner following their initial run.
Albedo reran just 6 months ago on the Chronicled wish banner. It's possible that characters who appear on those banners may longer get dedicated banners going forward.

actually in 5.0 livestream they did mention more characters will be added to the standard bannners along with the free 5 star chracters every year but when was never stated
