So, what's the best tactic to get all stacks active? I'm still figuring out if I have use for it before I try getting Zhongli's spear next patch. Unfortunally I can't imagine any fitting archer for it as I barely use all 4 types of dmg sources for any of my archers. I don't have Tartaglia btw and don't plan getting him.

It's obviously Tartaglia's signature bow, which he can trigger 4 stacks simultaneously, and this guide points out that it's like everyone's signature weapon. Oh wow how greatly biased this is
you can’t use polar star on yoimiya since she can’t benefits from all the passives. rust, especially at high refinements is still his best in slot weapon for 4*, even surpassing some 5* bows (other than thundering pulse)
The page is wrong about yoimiya and polar star, let me tell you why, the stacks of the polar bow are independently about how you obtain it, example: if you get a stack from a basic attack, you can’t get more stacks of basic attack, you need to do a charged attack, damage with the skill and ultimate to get the others stacks, and the elemental skill of yoimiya doesn’t count as elemental skill damage just it count as basic, and eith the set of her u never need to trow the ultimate. So is bad
I can't figure out if my lvl 70 Rust or the Polar Star is better for Yoimiya. I don't have Tartaglia unfortunately :')

Can I know how many stacks do I have currently by looking at character?
For yoimiya, which is better Polar Star or Amos? I'm not have thundering pulse or higher refinement rust.
Normal Attack -> +1 Stack (12s) Charged Shot/Attack (Tartaglia) -> +1 Stack (12s) Elemental Skill -> +1 Stack (12s) Burst Skill -> +1 Stack (12s) All 4 work independently ..... Good Luck
