    yep just got the GotMW to 90, took it out with my eula durin and mona, and indeed you just need the hex toons to activate its stacking hex CD buff, SS tier claymore there bruh

    The wording on Varka’s weapon makes it seem like any claymore user, not just Hexrei Characters (Varka/Razor), can fully utilize its effects as long as you have the Hexerei resonance active. I.e. Navia, Albedo, Mona and Furina team can fully activate it cause Mona-Albedo activate Hexrei Resonace.Will want to test it out.
