Stun the Megachurl With Special Domain Items

When going up against the Mystifying Megachurl, most attacks will be weakened. You must utilize the unique domain mechanics and use the special objects appearing in the domain to stun the Megachurl!

Aim for the Sunsettias in Day 1

The Mystifying Megachurl in Day 1 will periodically summon Sextuple-Sized Sunsettias around the arena. These sunsettias can be hit with Normal Attacks or Charged Attacks, causing them to burst and leave their juice on the ground.

Attack With A Cabbage in Day 2

In Day 2, the Hilinigmatic Duel domain will instead drop Cabbages around the arena periodically. Hit the cabbages with Normal Attacks in the direction of the Megachurl to stun and deal damage!

There will also be a Golden Cabbage which deals more damage and knocks the Megachurl out faster, so keep an eye out for them!

Use Plunge Attacks in Day 3

On Day 3, the Megachurl will summon Wind Currents and give itself a large shield that is extremely resistant to all attacks except for plunge attacks.

Use those Wind Currents to jump up and plunge to deal damage to its shield, eventually breaking, damaging, and stunning it, allowing players to deal damage normally.

Use All Three in Day 4

On Day 4, the Mystifying Megachurl will use a mix of its attacks from Day 1 to 3 to surprise players.

Use the tips above to adapt to its strategy and counter it effectively. Aim for the sunsettias, attack with cabbages, and use plunging attacks accordingly.

Attack After the Megachurl Is Stunned

When the Mystifying Megachurl is hit by the special mechanics in the challenge, it will fall down and become stunned. This deals a large amount of damage, keeps it immobile for a short time, and makes it more vulnerable to attacks, allowing you to quickly defeat it!

Mystifying Megachurl Enemy Information

Highly Resistant to All Damage

This opponent boasts a large amount of resistance to all forms of damage, making it a tough opponent to beat without relying on the domain mechanics.

However, once it is stunned, it will be left open to player attacks.

Mystifying Megachurl Attacks

The enemy will cycle through four different moves outside the special mechanic, only stopping to either ready up another attack, or being stunned in the process of one.

Spin Attack

The Mystifying Megachurl will charge up a spin, lasting approximately 10 seconds and homing onto the player for the duration.

Pogo Stick Attack

The Mystifying Megachurl will climb onto its staff, riding it like a pogo stick, locking onto the player, and will jump in their direction approximately 8 times, dealing damage on every impact.

Earthshatter

The Mystifying Megachurl will raise its staff and cause the ground under the player to rumble, dealing damage when it erupts. It will do this approximately 1 - 4 times.

Melee Swipe

When the player is near the Mystifying Megachurl, it will sometimes opt to perform a melee side swipe with its staff.
