After learning the story of the three people who lost their Vision, return to the Yashiro Commission's Headquarters to finally meet Ayaka face-to-face. This is where you declare your willingness to assist Ayaka in her fight against the Vision Hunt Decree.
Continue the conversation with Ayaka and Thoma at the Komore Teahouse.
Go to Naganohara Fireworks and before you try to stop the commotion, follow Yoimiya at the back of the building. Yoimiya will then explain the confiscated counterfeit Vision.
Head to the rear end of the Police Station after Yoimiya explains the plan to free Master Masakatsu. Interact with the Secret Passawageway Entrance prompt to enter the domain.

2 | Defeat the prison guards along the way to explore the domain easily. |
3 | Obtain the Amulets you encounter in the wooden shrines. |
4 | Insert the Amulets into the giant door in the center of the domain and move the sliders inside. |
5 | Sneak up and rescue Master Masakatsu after the fireworks display that Yoimiya has set up as a distraction. Flee from the scene as Kujou Sara instructed. |
Return to the Komore Teahouse after the rescue mission with Yoimiya. Inform Thoma and Ayaka about the Tenryou Commission's General's interference. Thoma will then explain the Hotpot game before the three of them sit down to a hearty meal.
