Make sure you didn't already pick the wine while exploring (You don't need to start the quest for the wine to be there). After you speak to Hu Fu, go back to Chen Baolai and see if you can give him the wine.
What happened to this website? It was my goto for everything and was really good in Qinghe but for Kaifeng every quest has stupid directions with weird photos that are useless. "Go find Hu Fu near the stairs", stairs you can't even see when you go outside the shop. Was it hard to add a map with the location? (like you did for other quests) or at least give some better direction "exit the shop and go straight, he will be on the left side near Midang and some stairs".
I can't find the wine. I went to the exact location and looked under the tree, around the tree, on top of the tree, on the well, inside the barrels next to the tree... nothing. Used wind sense, but nothing is highlighted. I have 3 clues for the wandering tale: one Chronicles, one recorded after talking to Chen Baolai and one after talking to Hu Fu....
