You can increase your Mindset attribute by winning Fishing Contests. The most important thing to win the fishing contest is using the right bait to catch the required fish.
You'll see the which bait to use to catch the required fish at the bottom of the screen. You can only switch bait before throwing your hook.

You can also increase your Mindset attribute by curing Spellbound either from yourself or other players.
Spellbound I and Spellbound II can be cured just by stepping into bodies of water like rivers, or just by waiting until the illness wears off.
For Spellbound III, the fastest way to cure the illness is to have another player with a high-level healing to do it. If you already have a high level of healing, you can cure Spellbound III or higher from other players, which then increases your Mindset attribute.
