To get the Sandswirl Tail Inner Way, you must complete Divincecraft Corridor - Blink Acre. Finishing this will reward you with the Sandswirl Tail: Tome, which you can use to unlock the Inner Way.

| 1 | Leaving the Carp form generates an HP shield that absorbs up to 30% of Max HP, lasting up to 10 seconds. This effect can only trigger once every 30 seconds. |
| 2 | Increases Physical Defense based on Solo Mode Level. |
| 3 | In the Carp form, HP and Vitality recover over time while you are out of combat. The recovered amount is increased by 100% if you are in a colorful quicksand environment. |
| 4 | Sprint and Jump no longer consume Endurance in the Carp form. |
| 5 | Increases Physical DMG Reduction by 2.2%. |
| 6 | In the Carp form, there is a 30% chance to get double yields from gathering (Stacks with food effects). |
Upgrading Internal Arts increases their tier, allowing them to grant additional bonuses. These range from general stat improvements to enhancements of the passive effects provided by the Internal Art.
Use Internal Art Advance Items to Upgrade
To upgrade tiers, you must first reach Solo Mode Level 4, also referred to as Level 4 Roaming. Afterward, you'll need Sandswirl Tail: Notes, which can be obtained through various means, most notably through the Tips Exchange.
