How to Get Neon Flag
Complete A Quest From the Show of Splendor Event
To get Neon Flag, you need to complete any of the three quests listed under the Show of Splendor Event. You can find these quests by going to the Quest window, then switching to the Obtain Nijing tab.

Completing one quest will earn you 1 Neon Flag. These quests can be repeated multiple times a day until you hit the max quota of 10 Neon Flags per day.
How to Use the Neon Flag
Vote on Player Works in the Show of Splendor Event
Neon Flags are used to vote on other players' works in the Show of Splendor. You can vote a player's entry a maximum of three times daily.
Access the Show Of Splendor in the All As One Event Page
You can access the Show of Splendor by selecting it from the All as One Event Page. The Show of Splendor Event will be available from February 6, 2026, to February 27, 2026.
