How to Unlock A Drastic Cure
Speak With Qian Feifei in Heaven's Pier During the Zi Hour

To unlock the Encounter A Drastic Cure, speak with Feifei near the West Heaven's Pier Boundary Stone. He will be kowtowing in front of a fire with scattered paper money around him. He will spawn between the Zi and Yin hours.

- Walk Away and Come Back Into The Quest Area

Complete Nearby Quests
Try completing the surrounding quests in the vicinity of Heaven's Pier, most notably the Wandering Tale The Missing Funds. After completing a quest fast travel out of the area, change the time to the Zi hour then travel back to the West Heaven's Pier Boundary Stone.

Spend 24 Hours Out Of the Heaven's Pier Area
You can also try leaving Heaven's Pier. Do Side Quests outside of the area for 24 hours, the next day move the time to the Zi hour then teleport to the West Heaven's Pier Boundary Stone.
Clear Your Encounter List
If the encounter doesn't spawn try clearing your encounter list. There is a limit to how many encounters can spawn at a time, so clearing your list may help in unlocking the quest.
Walk Down the Road and Come Back Into The Quest Area
If after teleporting to the quest area the quest doesn't spawn try walking down the path a good distance away and walking back to the West Heaven's Pier Boundary Stone.
Complete Where a Thousand Buddhas Wept
Another thing you can try to trigger the quest is to complete the Jianghu Legacy Quest Where a Thousand Buddhas Wept. After completing the mission move the time to the Zi hour then teleport to the West Heaven's Pier Boundary Stone.

A Drastic Cure Walkthrough
| Step | Objectives |

| 1 |  During the Zi hour, speak with Feifei, who is kowtowing in fear and burning midnight offerings. Ask him what he is so afraid of, and find out that he is being haunted. Help him find a cure for his fear. |
| 2 |  Wait until daytime and go to the Evercare Clinic to speak with Yaoyao and ask for a calming charm for Feifei. She will mention that weird things have been happening at the pier. Investigate the other residents who were haunted. |
| 3 |  Travel back to Heaven’s Pier and go to the Brewery. You can find Liu’er behind the home in the Brewery Backyard. Speak with him about the haunting he experienced, and he will also mention that since that day, his beloved cat Snowy has gone missing. |
| 4 |  Investigate Liu’er’s home. Investigate the fragments on the floor, the sealed window at the back, the whisker on the cabinet, and the unsealed window beside the door. Go back to Liu’er and give him Snowy’s whisker. |
| 5 |  Look for Xiaodai standing on a large rock in the area southwest of the brewery with the cherry blossom trees. He will say that the Phantom Lady stole his fox doll and threw it across the sky to the roof of the building across from you. |
| 6 |  Make your way to the roof of the building across from you and pick up the fox toy. Go back to Xiaodai and give it to him. The to will be wet and smelly. |
| 7 |  Next, go to the Kilnfire Ridge and look for A’liang. He will be standing in front of the Cellar doors. Follow him as he recalls his story of the ghost in the cellar. Ask A’Liang for an update, and he will mention little feet, small hands, and sharp nails that attacked him. |
| 8 |  Leave the wine cellar and speak with Feifei outside. He will say that he knows where the Phantom Lady’s hideout is. He will mention a voice calling out A’mao in the location he will tell you. Open the map and fast travel back to Heaven’s Pier and wait until the Zi Hour. |
| 9 |  Follow the waypoint to an area north of the village entrance, and mighty drop onto the brittle floor where the sound is coming from. Grab the chest, then investigate the cat hidden in the boxes. Use Meridian Touch to immobilize the cats and catch them. |
| 10 |  Travel back to Yaoyao and hand over the cats. Then talk with her. Change the time to the next day and speak with Yaoyao again, and she will hand over a bag with strange bells. Deliver this item to Feifei to end the quest. |
