How to Unlock Who's the Boss?

Head to the Riverbank Where a Goose is Pestering a Bear

Who
Region Qinghe

Teleport to Blissful Retreat, head east along the path, and stick close to the river. When you spot a very pushy goose harassing a bear, approach the scene to unlock the quest.

Who's the Boss? Walkthrough

Step Objectives
1
Objective 1
Head to the spot where a white-browed goose is aggressively honking and attacking a giant bear. The moment you arrive, the prompt to observe will pop up, kicking off the Skill Theft mini-game.

Objective 2
During the Skill Theft challenge, hit the button right as the yellow ring flashes into view.
3
Objective 3
Once you complete the Skill Theft challenge, you’ll be rewarded with the Honking Havoc mystic skill!
