The Swaying Heights set is obtained by purchasing Gear Chests from the Seasonal Shop using Jade Fish.
Jade Fish is obtained by participating in energy-related activities and other engagements in game.
Swaying Heights Set Effects

| 4 Set | Increases the damage dealt against targets with more than 50% HP by 5%. Every 5% more HP further increases this bonus by 1%, up to 10%. |
The effects granted depend on whether you're wearing 2 or 4 pieces of equipment with the Swaying Heights effect.
Swaying Heights is an Offensive Set and can only be equipped in Weapon Slots.
