Giveaway is an unlockable emote in Where Winds Meet, obtainable through the Multiplayer system’s Merit Pool. Learn how to get the Giveaway Emote and ways to use it here.
How to Get the Giveaway Emote

Get to the Multiplayer Version of Blissful Retreat
The Giveaway Emote can be obtained from the Multiplayer version of Blissful Retreat. To access it, open the map and select Multiplayer from the top-left. Then fast travel to the closest location near Blissful Retreat and head to the Merit Pool.
Talk to the NPC Beside the Merit Pool
The Merit Pool is located slightly west of Blissful Retreat. Here, you’ll find a fountain and the NPC Le Yuan. Speak to Le Yuan and select the first dialogue option to obtain the Giveaway Emote.

Use in the Merit Pool for Temporary Multiplayer Emotes
The Giveaway Emote can be used in the Merit Pool to temporarily unlock Multiplayer Emotes. These include Beg, Heart Gesture, and Eternal Vow, which can be performed with another player to earn rewards such as Coins, Experience, and the social currency Adventure Slips.
Completes the Giveaway Jianghu Errand
The Giveaway Emote is necessary to complete one of the Jianghu Errands. Go to the Heaven's Pier Begging Spot and use the Giveaway Emotes on the beggars to complete this errand.
Give Away Coins to Players
Any player using the Beg Emote can also receive Commerce Coins when a player uses the Giveaway Emote on them. When the begging player has the Wealth Luck buff from the Merit Pool, they'll also receive a good amount of Experience and Adventure Slips.
How to Use the Giveaway Emote

Open the Emote menu by pressing the corresponding button or button combination for your control scheme.
Select Giveaway in the Solo Tab
After opening the Emote menu, navigate to the Solo Tab and select the Giveaway Emote from the list.
