How to Get Flight Medallion
Achieve Kaifeng Exploration Level 4
The Flight Medallion is a reward for reaching Kaifeng Exploration Level 4, which requires collecting 4,000 Exploration Points in Kaifeng.
Exploration Points can be obtained by doing almost any activity within the region, including opening chests, completing quests, or by unlocking the Boundary Stones.

How to Use the Flight Medallion
Acquire Lightness Skills
The Flight Medallion enables the use of Lightness Skills, which allow you to fly, and Wallstride Skills, which enhance ground traversal. However, these skills must be obtained separately, so you’ll need to acquire them first in order to fully utilize the Flight Medallion.
However, this item only works within Kaifeng. To use Lightness Skills in Qinghe or other regions, you must obtain the Afterglow Pendant or the equivalent item specific to that region.
