To Heal or Not to Heal Walkthrough
Find the Diseased Goose
Go to the river bank and interact with the diseased goose to treat it.
Heal the Diseased Goose
Use Wind Sense to select a method to heal the goose. It is recommended to level up your Healing Career to at least Initiate Tier 4 to successfully treat the goose. Failing the treatment will cause the goose to turn berserk and easily take you out in a few hits.
If doing the quest on multiplayer, the goose in its berserk state will be tougher to defeat.
Defeat Demon Goose to Unlock Achievement
If you fail to heal the Goose, and it enters its berserk state, you can defeat the Demon Goose to earn an Achievement.
After defeating Demon Goose, you will automatically get Goose Slayer achievement and rewards you with 10 Echo Jades upon claiming it.

Upgrade Healing Capabilities Beforehand
To ensure success with the treatment, you can level up your Healing Career by buying Career Notebooks at the Activity Shop. Additionally, you can upgrade the efficacy of your Prescriptions by purchasing Healer Giftboxes beforehand.
Quest Resets at 5 AM on the Next Day
If the goose has not been treated successfully, the quest will reset at 5 AM on the next day in real-life time for you to attempt again.

These are all the rewards you can get by doing To Heal or Not to Heal. The rewards listed above are the total earned as you progress through the quest and upon completing it.
Goose Egg
Successfully treating the Diseased Goose also rewards you with a Goose Egg, which can be hatched to obtain a temporary Goose Pet that will follow you around.
