Not ridiculous; its planned that way bc they know everyone wants the Crimson Witch artifacts and not Lava Walker which is why you get 4-6 LW for every CW. No different from playing a slots in the casino. The goal isn't to maximize your fun or enjoyment. The goal is to extract every possible dollar they can from you while stringing you along with JUST enough incentive to keep you from realizing that you're being played like a fiddle and that your checking account has turned into Mihoyo's.
Why are the stats and sub-stats HP instead of HP%?

The thing is that Kazuha is so much easier to pull for (swap) compared to Sucrose because of her long cooldown. In terms of damage, C6 Sucrose does a lot better than Kazuha. His ability to group enemies however are a lot better than Sucrose and the major difference is you can actually control what time of element you want to swirl just in case there's two different elements on the field.
Just a tip from my experience, if you have Skyward Spine for Hu tao, it works really well with Shimenawa 4 pcs set. With its decent ER it consistently keep its bonuses going and maintain massive damage, as long you have a decent substats with ER.

why would you use her with kazuha? I'm sorry did I miss new comp or what? did her xq/shield comp somehow work with kazuha?
