rapid spin hydro pump isnt worth using. why won't people understand..
Nah man rapid spin + hydropump is good to cancel ulti and more tanky style when rank matches
blastoise's arguably best moveset is surf hydro pump, yes rapid spin water spout does good damage and can destroy opponents easily over time, but the best thing about blastoise (with surf hydro moveset) is that you have high mob, high dmg and high cc, other defenders have cc as well, for example heavy slam for snorlax, covet for greedent, x scissor and rock tomb for crustle, but if you choose rapid spin water spout you will get literal not cc AT ALL and blastoise needs that to fulfil that spot

I got into master rank using hydro pump and rapid spin (before the nerf)
for people who use hydro pump rapid spin are stupid. if you get to a ranked battle with a hydro pump rapid spin blastoise then hope that god helps you
