Why is the surf and hydro pump effective in top lane you might ask. Well for example your team got rotom now your team have to escort rotom to the enemy goals but! the enemy team is gaurding the goal zone! So instead of fighting them you go surf the enemy team away from the goal zone and do hydro pump for more cc allowing rotom to get to the enemy goal then you eject button to score and boom! insta score! and also the held item build is perfect for pushing lanes so yeah try it!
The best blastoise build for solo top lane is energy amp buddy barrier and slick spoon. Why? Well you see when you score points ranging from 1-50 your unite move gharge rate will be boosted by 10 percent like for example blastoise used his ult then i score down 2 points or 50 points the unite charge get a + 10% so i abuse this in top lane. And! the moveset is hydro pump and surf and you might say that this moveset is trash but not in top lane.

Rapid Fire Scarf is really good for Blastoise when running Rapid Spin. I recommend using Hydro Pump + Rapid Spin.

I just discovered that full heal gives you unstoppable and blastoise's rapid spin has been nerfed so if you rapid spin water spout then click full heal you will be unstoppable for a short time! and we all know what this means teamfights are gonna be easier.
I used to use HP + Surf but now I use Spout + spin. Great for attacking, chasing or getting away.
waterspout and rapid spin is better for me. the whole rapid spin duration, you can hold water spout. I think the bug was that you can use basic attacks while using spinner dps blastoise. overall, rapid spout is better.
The blastoise species are extinct now i have never seen anybody use blastoise
One good pokemon I can steal wild Pokemons using hydropump/water sprout or ult or if we lose Zapdos I can just go use Ult + Score Shield and go clutch and win this game

Just got to master rank solo que with hydropump and rapid spin build soo hard I always steal "zapdos" with hydropump or ult. :D
What blastoise is a special attacker so you use wise glasses
It isn’t that Broken but it is a good moveset, not to mention, Blastoise’s current best moveset.
Surf combined with Hydro Pump is SOOOO Broken. I can push with 3 players waiting and my friends behind me then surf and hydro pump them to get them out of the way. It's so good to get those chip points in and destroy the goals
