In Scarlet and Violet, Latios's highest stat is its Sp. Atk., but it has low HP and Defense.
Latios Moves and Ability

Moveset 1
Based on the video, Latios' first move has the Pokemon release a ball of light at a direction, which then explodes after some time.
Its second move looks like a dash move where Latios first dashes at the target direction. Afterwards, its attack seem to change, which most likely also deals increased damage.
Moveset 2
For Latios' second pair of moves, the first move has the Pokemon fire some projectile at the target and seems like also inflicts some debuff.
Its second move has Latios summon meteors at the target location, dealing damage to enemies within the area.
UNITE Move
Latios' UNITE move has the Pokemon charge up a powerful energy ball at the target, which most likely deals massive damage.
