true and the tier list is mostly associated with the japanese meta and not worldwide as its a japanese website hope they actually listen and read my comment and yours aswell
Gengar actually might be S tier after the Vamp buff, however only on VERY coordinated and niche team (Paired with Cinderace and/or Sniper Venusaur, giving Gengar literally infinite Hexes). But if we are talking about the pokemon alone overall in a vacuum, his execution potential is of likeness to something like Talonflame. Literally only defenders and Giga Drain Venusaur can survive Shadow Ball+Dream Eater full burst combo. Hex suffers from CC more making it less appealing soloqueue.
This tier list need some work. SS tier is unnecessary. Gengar is not S tier.
He has this one video where he complains for 20mins about how pokemon unite is dead because the pokemon community killed the game according to him just because they couldnt git gud like him and they salty cuz they cant just cheat and hack their way to winning like they do in main series games lol, and that whole rant just because he got a bot match, guys an absolute joke
What a hopeless forever-Veteran. Imagine actually thinking being in Masters means something in this climate. The average player is so bad that you still get to facepalm TOO often in the 1500-1800 bracket. After you start to be in the 1900+ - ~Top500 you start getting decent games. With how many garbage """""Masters""""" players there are running around, getting from rank0 to Masters is like 10 times easier and faster than Masters1200 to Masters2000+.
Zeraora is literally only "great" against 0 mobility targets or stomping noobs in Casuals. It's like slightly safer Absol which isn't strong.
Glad to see Absol so low which makes it easier to pick him. In my experience people don't seem to understand how to play him and what his role is. Should be able to do 20/350 most games with Absol.
I agree he op when in right hand build and timing they just hate him cuz hes fragile and totally some who used it taught that he sux hahahaha op bow ya fools
Totally not op even with right hand and build hahahaha go eat your deez nuts ajjahhaha
like your rank away from masters
Unfortunately sooo much garbage...
Not even close
who agrees that zeraora is ss tier as its the same level as lucario if you guys agree reply to this comment
For those who don't get the notations: ExtremeSpeed into bonus-hit (R>A) -> Basic Attack (AA) -> BoneRush MELEEHIT (resets ESpeed reset targets. (ZR)) -> AA -> R>A (ESpeed reset was reset by the earlier ZR-Melee so you get 1 reset again) -> AA -> R>A (Now ESpeed finally goes on cooldown after 3 dashes on SAME target) -> AA -> ZR (BoneRush TELEPORT to reset ESpeed COOLDOWN) -> AA -> R>A -> AA -> R>A -> AA. And finally your both abilities are on cooldown after 5 dashes, 7 AAs & BoneRush.
Covet+Belch is the best Greedent kit bar none. Also they actually seemed to read what I put down in post 89. Now if they only read posts 92 and 97 as well. Even with Covet+Belch Greedent is easier to fully utilize than ESpeed Lucario. You are literally unstoppable train with average 2s CD on Belch and you LITERALLY just point and spam at enemies. Even a child can do that. Meanwhile Lucario has to do: R>A, AA, ZR, AA, R>A, AA, R>A, AA, ZR, AA, R>A, AA, R>A, AA. for his Full Single target combo.
greedent is so op with stuff cheeks and belch!!
stuff cheeks+belch is way better
This "We have tentatively put Greedent in A-Tier. This Pokemon has a great potential but is held back by its complex mechanics and difficult gameplay. It is a strong Pokemon, but requires high mastery." is bullshit. The SS dog Lucario deals LESS damage, has LESS defenses and LESS healing AND has more complex kit to fully utilize, yet he is in SS and Greedent is in A?! Not to mention the Meta set Covet+Belch has unstoppable 60%Speed knockup dash and can spam 1.5k+ Belch for 15 times after ult.
Shadow Ball + Dream eater. Wise Glasses, Sp.Att Specs, Choice Specs. After 6 dunks and level 9 you can start to literally onecombo people and can even delete people from teamfight without instantly dying because of the new lifesteal. But STILL Gengar is so very squishy due to low base stats that it requires an experienced player to not be irrelevant all game.
I think gengar should honestly be top of s rn because of his insane lifesteal buff (12% on every move). hes super hard to kill with the infinite hex sludge bomb setup (his main problem beofre was that he was fragile) and the only problem he has now is that hes only great mid-late game but thats not a problem since he can jungle for a bit and can then deal insane damage. He can also switch out his buddy barrier on his guide for special atk specs since the more damage he deals the more he heals
