Most likely greedent will be an A or B tier due to the great nerf. The buff to gardevoir wont change its placement. The buff to ninetales wont change it too.

If I were to re-evaluate the tier list, I would put Pikachu in SS tier. The buff to Thunder is what made Pikachu attention raise higher. Besides, its crowd control is what makes it a decent choice for High and Low - Elos.

I think that Greedent's complex mechanics honestly make the character C tier. I think that it's incredibly difficult to pilot Greedent and I think that anyone who picks that Pokemon should be 9x reported. Way too difficult. Definitely a much higher skill cap than every other Pokemon in this very mechanically challenging video game.
Actually yes. Greedent has access to the highest single-target AND AOE Damage window IN THE GAME with infinite Belch spam followed by its Ultimate. Also it has access to nuts Movement speed (faster than PetalDance Venusaur) and knockups with Covet alongside healing and mobile Belch hits AND it's UNSTOPPABLE during Covet to top it all off which is, again, nuts. And ON TOP of ALL of this, it has defender statline and early Evolution. Saying Greedent is anything but top tier is ignorant.

Garchomp itself isn't bad, it's actually possibly the strongest dueler and sustain damage dealer in the game. The problem is that it takes until level 10 for Garchomp to really do ANYTHING and by that point stronger early-to-midgame Pokemon such as Lucario, Greedent, Cinderace, Venusaur and so on (which are very common at current Meta) have already done more to secure a lead or even a Win than what Garchomp can bring to the match at the end. Same with Gardevoir. Not bad, just too slow.
Idk why Lucario gets SS and Garchomp gets A Lucario deals like less damage, but why?

There's a video in which he calls a mime on his team trash despite getting completely carried by him, he says he's so cringe and trash and then they win because of mime, mime gets MVP and he still says ''well y'all saw that, he was trash, he only got mvp because he scored the most goals'' not acknowledging mime also got the most KOs completely overshadowing him.
