Has great hp recovery with dragon pulse, combine that with the aeos cookie dumper and it’s almost indestructible
Charizard and Zoroark gotta be S-tier now, both of their buffs really make a impact on their gameplay, Charizard is now a killer when he activates his unite, and zoroark returns to it's power when it got released before it's 1st nerf.
46% Winrate, muddy water is only viable if you're duoing with a healer to keep you alive, pulse gets neglected & interrupted. You have a bunch of burst meta pokemons & ranged mage, you'd use muddy water to brawl but nah. Goodra is nothing special, but it is definitely balanced. Not underwhelming or overpowered, it stays in S tier or goes down to A Tier. Blastoise, Mamo, Snor, Trev are so much better for team picks lol...
The community here doesn't represent the overall placement of Goodra. It's not really that overpowered, it was hyped because people thought it was going to be one gigantic & very tanky snail that's able to take tons of hits, but it isn't special. Anecdotes doesn't speak anything, statistics clearly shows that It's at 46%. Tree has better sustain + CC and more tankier. It's not overpowered, trying to recommend SS tier is ridiculous. Goodra dies hard to CC + Burst damage.
I disagree, I believe and so do my friends that play unite that it belongs in S tier if not SS tier. Infact, most of the votes went to SS, that should really say something about what the community thinks of it.
The problem I’ve seen with goodra is that it either relies on healing to survive, or time to set up muddy waters. This makes it a rather impractical defender. It also doesn’t have good cc out of the “gooie” effect, which is great in smaller skirmishes, but just isn’t as good as a stun or knock-up in a five v five. I still think it’s okay, but probably more of an A tier, not an S tier.
For me,Goodra is solid option,but if I wanna play as defender,I like to play with Trevenant or Snorlax.Goodra is strong,but don’t have special moves at all.I like pokemons with special abilities ,like Dodrio or Sableye,but Goodra!?Boring for me,like yeah,it’s strong defender with damage,just he isn’t special at all.

Goodra heals so much and is so amazing. I think it's SS tier. It may not have the best early game but once you're no longer goomy you're good. I know by playing them for a while as well and fighting them. On top of that there can be 2-3 people on a goodra and it'll be fine, especially with aeos cookie stacks. It can regen so much lost HP and regen pretty well. I think goodra and trevanent should be higher. Plus most of the poll said SS, why put it in S?
I don’t understand the placements of serval pokemon, but especially trevanent and goodra, goodra is honestly just worse trevanent right now, why is it in a higher tier?
I've been using Sylveon for a bit in master tier ranked battles and I think it's great. Slick spoon/wise glasses/and focus band with 6 green 6 white emblems turns Sylveon into a special attacking all rounder who can pressure almost any special attacker with ease and is pretty much bulky as Tsareena before she got nerfed to doom. Only thing bad about Sylveon is a physical attacker that's bulky and hits like a truck can quite easily take Sylveon down. This should be S-tier idk why it's in A-tier
But I agree Comfey+Trevenabt is strong too.I like curse and Paint split,because how good is Comfey reducing damage from Curse via Floral healing.Paint split is just a nice move,you can use Horn leech too.
Pch…Comfey+Rapid strike Urshifu is unstoppable.Urshifu needs to have Focus band,Drain crown and some item to live longer,battle item is Potion or Full heal.Comfey have floral healing and grass knot because of deactivations and Rescue hood,Exp.share and and 1 item.Battle item is Eject button or Full heal.
You guys fear Zacian and Comfey combo, but Trevenant + Comfey is a scarier combo, It takes forever to kill a Trevenant paired with a Comfey, including it's passive ability + not to mention the infuriating CC stun it has on it's Wood Hammer. It deserves a spot at S-Tier.
I like build Stone edge and Sand tomb at Tyranitar.It’s underrated,but strong.Sand tomb is good area effect and when you use stone edge in Sand tomb,you can push enemies to stone edge and deal massive damage.I think even Ancient power and Stone edge are useful.Only thing is he has so bad evolution,he gets second move at level 9+he will evolve to Tyranitar.But otherwise,he is one of my most favourite Pokémon (top 10,maybe top 5).
I’m not sure where it should go on the list, but I agree that tyranitar can be very powerful in the right team composition. I also think dark pulse and sand tomb is pretty underrated, especially with a full heal because you can dive into the thick of the fight and create chaos. Even if you go down, your allies can just capitalize on you and pick your scattered enemies off one by one.
