It is impossible to obtain all rewards using the available Melody and Musical Notes in the Daily Collection Missions (Melody Collection) Event and Special Gift (Melody Collection) Event. Prioritize claiming the items you want to get first!

Get 4 Melody from Special Gift
The Special Gift event will let you claim 4 Melody in total. Claim these four simply by just logging into the game!

Exchange 100 Musical Notes for 1 Melody
You can also claim 1 Melody by exchanging 100 Musical Notes. As this consumes a lot of Musical Notes, only do this when you need melody for a reward!

Get 90 Musical Notes Daily from Collection Missions
The Daily Collection Missions is your main way of farming 90 Musical Notes as it refreshes every day!
Make sure to check back every refresh, clear the missions, and claim the musical notes before the day ends.

Get Musical Notes from Special Gift
You can also get a total of 410 Musical Notes from the Special Gift Event. Just claim these simply by just logging into the game!

Exchange 1 Melody for 100 Musical Notes
You can also claim 100 Musical Notes by exchanging 1 Melody. This consumes 1 Melody, which is a really limited resource in this event so only do this when you need Melody for a reward!
Best Rewards to Get
Priority: Get the 800 Aeos Coins and 80 Enhancers First!
We suggest saving up and taking both the 800 Aeos Coins and 80 Item Enhancer rewards in the event exchange first.
80 Item Enhancers roughly equates to 800 Aeos Tickets which is not a joke to get. Also, 800 Aeos Coins is a lot and can only be obtained after a lot of battles - it is very economical to get it first.
To obtain both, you need to have 400 Musical Notes and 2 Melody.
Second: Get The Limited Aeos Tickets and Item Enhancers!
After getting the priority items, we suggest exchanging for the 50 Aeos Tickets and 5 Item Enhancers items. You can exchange for 14 and 5 times respectively for a total of 700 Aeos Tickets and 25 Item Enhancers.
These two items are extremely important as they enable you to acquire Item Enhancers to upgrade your Held Items!
Last: Get The Remaining Aeos Coins and Tickets!
Lastly, spend your remaining coins by exchanging them for 3 Aeos Coins or 3 Aeos Tickets. Both of them can be exchanged 999 times so this is really where you'll be spending your remaining Musical Notes and Melody!
Aeos Coins and Aeos Tickets are the primary currency that is used in the in-game shops! Both of these items will benefit trainers heavily, as they use them to buy UNITE Licenses, Held Items, and Cosmetics among other things.

Limited Licenses are great and enable you to try out Pokemon you don't have. However, they can only be used for Standard and Quick Battles, not Ranked.
Considering the two Limited License in the exchange (Cramorant and Mr. Mime) costs 100 Musical Notes and 1 Melody each, these are the most non-economical items to get in this exchange. What's more, the Limited Licenses only lasts for 3 days after claiming.
