i meant 9 min has past
if however u get tyrogue to lvl 5 before 9 min. has past (usually by jungling) he evolves into hitmontop.u get triple kick at lvl 5 and at lvl 7 u get rapid spin. the cool part is u can combo rapid spin into triple kick by doing rapid spin then triple kick. at lvl 9 he gets his unite which he spins in a large circle about the size of the raquaza spawn point like a bet blade dealing Aoe damage to all enemies within range

hitmonlees is he kicks his opponent into the air jumps to meet them, then drives his knee into his opponents stomach all the way down to the ground
i’ve got it. tyrogue with moves as fake out and low kick at level 5 he can either evolve into hitmonlee or hitmonchan depending on what move you chose.high jump kick for hitmonlee and focus punch for hitmonchan. at level 7 you chose the next move drain punch for hitmonchan and axe kick for hitmonlee. at level 9 hitmonchan gets a unite move similar to urshifus as charging up your fist then unleashing a barrage of punches.
