hmmm, i don't think 4:30 IST works for me because that's basically midnight in pacific time. I can't play any later after 12:30 pm PST because that's usually the time i finish studying and sleep

I'm not really pushing very well. i was nearly ultra, then almost dropped to vet 3, now im vet 5 again, but i'm still losing quite a lot. ill give you a tip, go with team synergy. if there are no defenders on your team, then you should choose a defender and same with attacker, supporter, and all rounder. speedsters are not really needed, but if your team has good team synergy then you can be a speedster if you want.

Tsareena has a bug where she can move fast, even in speed flux zones. Zeraora has a bug wherein he spawns with Volt Absorb (Ability) stacks on his passive allowing it to deal a ridiculous amount of damage until it gets hit. Under certain conditions, Gengar may freely score goals for free without the help of any items such as Score Shield.

i also sometimes play at 6:30 pm PST when i have time, if 7:00 - 12:00 doesn't work out for you
