Lucario is ridiculously strong in every stage of the game but u need to know his movement really well or he is not worth it while dragonite is Strong he much easier to play but might get a nerf

I find talonflames that use fly SOOO annoying. So annoying, I had to buy the unite licence for him! I thing fly is better that brave bird due to recoil damage.
