    Is the price hike figured to be permanent or just a temporary or release price? League for example releases characters at 7800 and after some time drop to the normal 6300. Could this be the same thing?

    It probably is it's ability sand stream since that summons sand storm and can probably cause passive damage up close which is kinda insane

    Tyranitar has some sort of sand huricane when using dark pulse around it, SO SANDSTORM
