Outrage is a Move learned by Dragonite in Pokemon UNITE. Learn the effects of Outrage, as well as its damage at each level, cooldown time, level to learn and upgrade, status effects it inflicts, and all Pokemon builds using Outrage.

Outrage Effect
Has the user start rampaging, stomping the ground and dealing damage to opposing Pokemon in the area of effect. Also triggers the additional effect of the most recently used boosted basic attack once again. During the rampage, all of the user's basic attacks become special melee boosted attacks with increased attack speed. When the rampage ends, the user is left unable to act for a short time.
How to Use Outrage
Prolong Effects
To maximize its use, keep casting Outrage whenever it's not on cooldown, prolonging its effect and avoiding the short stun when it expires. Also, remember to keep attacking enemies during Outrage to reduce its cooldown on each hit.
Utilize Mini-Stun Attacks and Increased Attack Speed
Outrage is a great tool for dueling enemies due to the increased attack speed and the mini-stun boosted attack effect you get. These effects have great synergy since having a faster attack speed means you can trigger the mini-stun attack more frequently, and also reduce Outrage's cooldown faster on each hit.
