Incinerate Effect

Has the user attack the designated opposing Pokemon with a flame, setting it ablaze and dealing damage over time for a short time. When a Pokemon on the opposing team that's ablaze picks up a Berry, the Berry's effects are halved.

How to Use Incinerate

Poke Opponents Out of Lane

Use Incinerate to poke opponents out of the lane in the early game. The move slows them and burn away their HP. It also reduces the healing effect of berries by half when they pick them up.
