Tips for Clearing Dragon Carnival License Bonus

Not Worth Doing for the Reward

Since the reward is just Colored Contact Lenses, which is pure a cosmetic item for trainers, purchasing all or the remaining Unite licenses isn't worth it at all. This is more true for new players as they can be forced to use real money just to buy all the licenses.

The mission is only for players who truly want the reward, considering it's an event-exclusive one.

I can't find anything in-game pertaining to the 6000 coin bonus from collecting all dragon licenses. Where is this information coming from?
