Zen Headbutt is a Move learned by Metagross in Pokemon UNITE. Learn the effects of Zen Headbutt, as well as its damage at each level, cooldown time, level to learn and upgrade, status effects it inflicts, and all Pokemon builds using Zen Headbutt.

Has the user fire a psychic wave in a forward direction, then charge toward opposing Pokemon it hits, dealing damage and throwing them.
Proper aiming is the most important skill to hone when using Zen Headbutt since the move needs to hit a target for it to actually do anything. That said, finding the best angle to use the move increases the chances of Zen Headbutt hitting a target.
Once upgraded, Zen Headbutt reduces the damage taken by Metagross if the move hits a target. This mechanic is useful when diving enemies in the frontlines.
