Recover is a Move learned by Mega Mewtwo Y in Pokemon UNITE. Learn the effects of Recover, as well as its damage at each level, cooldown time, level to learn and upgrade, status effects it inflicts, and all Pokemon builds using Recover.

Recover Effect
Grants the user a shield for a short time. While the shield effect is active, the user's movement speed is increased, and the user recovers HP based on the amount of damage it deals with basic attacks. When the shield effect is removed after a set amount of time, all of the user's move cooldowns are reduced, and the Mega gauge increases.
How to Use Recover
Turn Defense into Offense
Use Recover to allow Mewtwo Y to push the aggression during fights. The move increases Mewtwo Y's movement speed and grants it a shield that heals the Pokemon when it deals damage, giving it mobility and protection to push the offense.
Utilize the Cooldown Reduction Effect
Moreover, when the shield is removed after a duration, all of Mewtwo Y's move cooldowns are reduced. Utilize this mechanic to spam Recover and the other move and repeat the process, allowing Mewtwo Y to keep the offense going.
