    Absolutely right. He is good at everything and has no weaknesses at all. He makes every other character obsolete. If teams could run 5 Mewtwos, they absolutely would, and it would be superior to any other composition.

    It is still broken the only thing they did was make the cooldown longer but the damage is still insane.
